In recent years, Black Friday has grown in size and anticipation at an exponential rate to become the biggest global retail event of the year, and we expect 2017 to be no exception

To follow Black Friday throughout the month, Awin has launched our Black Friday Hub. We will regularly share event-related content leading up to the retail event, including industry interviews with key stakeholders and insights from our strategy team.

On the actual day – Friday, November 24 – we will highlight key data points aggregated from across the entire global network. These data points will make up our dynamic infographic to provide a digestible snapshot of stats and activity.

Each year, our most-anticipated stat is how much revenue Awin will track globally on Black Friday. That’s why this year we will be hosting an international sweepstakes via our social channels, offering a €250 Amazon gift card (converted to the winner’s local currency per the exchange rate the day of the award) to whomever can provide the closest guess to our final total revenue for Black Friday 2017.

Hint: Last year’s total global revenue for Black Friday was €117,734,478 ($136,801,577 USD)
