How did the blogfoster venture begin?
The blogfoster journey started back in 2013 as a banner ad store for publishers. It evolved into an easy-to-use and straight forward platform for bloggers and influencer to help them make money with their content. Started by a team of two, blogfoster evolved to be the market leading platform for Blog and Influencer Marketing in Europe with 35 employees and Offices in Berlin and London.

Originally based in Germany, you’ve recently launched in the UK – what was the motive behind this move and how is it affecting your UK affiliate presence?
Our co-founder and managing associate at blogfoster, Simon Staib, stated “Great Britain is the biggest market in Europe in terms of advertising expenses. Additionally, the UK blogging scene is more professional than in Germany.” Over 350 of blogfoster’s ever-growing client base, including companies like Amazon and OTTO, stand to benefit from this expansion. In the medium term, blogfoster is going to win new clients from the UK as well.
Where do affiliates sit within your wider marketing strategy?
In customer journey attribution, blogs and influencers are the major pillar of the conversion funnel.
