The block has now been lifted by Amazon Web Services and access should now be restored to all zanox.com services. The changes to the DNS are currently propagating through AWS, and we expect to see full service to our domains restored within the next hour (by 16.30 BST). We will provide further information as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience during this period.
This includes the zanox marketplace interface and zanox tracking, as well as any advertisers who have been migrated from the zanox platform to the Awin platform using our automated migration service, i.e. without integrating Awin tracking tags.
Please note tracking is unaffected for any advertisers directly integrated onto the Awin platform (including previous Affiliate Window advertisers). We are in contact with AWS to investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible and return services to normal.
