Account Manager, Account Development at Awin US

I joined Awin US team on March 7, 2016 as an Account Manager on the Account Development Team. 

Coming from the affiliate space from the advertiser perspective, I loved the fast-past, always changing atmosphere and at Awin I got to work with most of the same publishers on the network side.

It’s fun and interesting to work on the Account Development Team as you really experience the growth of your accounts and take on an educational role for your clients. Further you need to build a relationship with your client and need to connect them with their publishers. Most of my clients see me as an extension of their team and they trust my suggestions and feedback. So communication is key in my job! I love that the learning process is never ending and every day is a new challenge I can address.  My time here has proved that my clients appreciate my honest feedback and proactively work with it and implement it through campaigns or setting up new commission structures. Therefore it is really rewarding being on the Account Development Team and seeing that my suggestions are implemented and lead into further growth.

Even though I am always approachable for everyone on the phone or via e-mail I’m now also skilled in prioritizing the to-do’s and delegating certain tasks back to my clients.

Multi-tasking has nothing on me, it’s a daily occurrence :).
