Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

Run the full end-to-end sales process for enterprise-grade accounts. This position is responsible for onboarding net new advertisers that feature high-value contracts and contribute to business revenue goals driven by Tier 1 clients.

Key Tasks

  • Fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycles (RFIs, RFPs, quotes, presentations, negotiation, closing, legal terms)
  • Strong experience and expertise in pipeline management and sales process using CRM systems
  • Working in collaboration with a range of departments and directors to co-ordinate approaches and generate innovative ideas for engagement
  • Conducting in depth research in regards to the status of target brand clients’ affiliate activity – pressure points, renewal dates, key contacts etc. and defining a slick strategy to attack opportunities with tactical timing to engage in an effort to win business
  • Researching new sectors and markets for expansion of Awin services
  • Generating outbound sales pipeline with key brands and partners
  • Monitor movement of key senior marketing professionals between brand roles to leverage any previous direct relationship
  • Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets
  • Participation in stakeholder groups to develop our Enterprise proposition on an ongoing basis
  • Assistance in developing sales approach for Enterprise and coaching local senior sales

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong commercial acumen
  • 6+ years in affiliate/performance marketing
  • Experience creating sales opportunities and selling to blue chip advertisers
  • Established network and professional community with good connections in the UK addressable market
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and initiative-taking with strong entrepreneurial flair
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and experience dealing with C-level decision makers
  • Superior level of financial analytical ability with a data-driven approach
