How The Body Shop runs its affiliate program globally

Ethical beauty retailer The Body Shop join the podcast to tell us more about its approach to affiliate partnerships.

Natasha Phillips is the lobal Head of Affiliate & Partnerships for The Body Shop, an ethically-focused cosmetics and skincare retailer that started in the UK and has grown to become a global brand. 

Natasha joins Rob on the Awin Talks podcast to tell us more about the brand, how she manages its partner programs across multiple different markets, and how the company’s ethical stance informs its wider marketing strategy. 

She also describes some of the challenges affiliate marketing faces when trying to get senior buy in, and why that hurdle is increasingly being overcome thanks to the diverse nature of partnerships.
