How The Body Shop runs its affiliate programme globally

Ethical beauty retailer The Body Shop join the podcast to tell us more about their approach to affiliate partnerships.

Natasha Phillips is the Global Head of Affiliate & Partnerships for The Body Shop, an ethically-focused cosmetics and skincare retailer from the UK which has grown to become a global brand. 

Natasha joins Rob on the Awin Talks podcast to tell us more about the brand, how she manages its partner programmes across multiple different markets, and how the company’s ethical stance informs its wider marketing strategy. 

She also describes some of the challenges affiliate marketing faces when trying to get senior buy-in and why that hurdle is increasingly being overcome thanks to the diverse nature of partnerships.
