Head of Client Services Mexico (Spanish/English Speaking)

Purpose of Position

The Head of Client Services for Mexico is responsible for driving our expansion and growth in Spanish speaking Latam countries with a strong focus in establishing Awin as the market leader in Mexico. This position will manage a high performance team delivering client services to our existing customer base and growing business with new customers. 

Key Tasks

  • Demonstrating strong client-facing and problem solving skills, and providing a point of escalation for the team and clients
  • Managing the profitability of the department 
  • Attend Commercial meetings and pitches where Client Services input is required
  • Compiling department projections, forecasts, and management of budgets
  • Leading on training and development of all direct reports, and the overall wellbeing of all department staff
  • Host regular department meetings for knowledge sharing, KPI updates and training
  • Understand and convey key industry developments to the department
  • Representing the network externally via the creation of content and delivery of presentations at industry events
  • Support the Commercial team on contract (re) negotiations
  • Assisting the Finance Team with prompt settling of disputes
  • Taking responsibility for senior-level projects within the company when required, and being ready to play an active role in the progress of company-wide initiatives.

Skills & Expertise

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience in Latin America (experience in affiliate preferred)
  • 4+ years of people management experience 
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English speaking, reading & writing
  • Developed client strategies from scratch
  • Continuously stays up to date with the latest trends and best practices
  • Managed, motivate, and engage a team while staying proactive to continue to improve performance and meeting clients expectations/needs
  • Client strategy and execution from the affiliate channel while optimizing within budgets
  • Experience in delivering and leading large scale projects
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
