David James Global Account Management Director

David James

Global Account Management Director

David began his career at Awin working in the UK’s technical services team. After the merger between Affiliate Window and zanox in 2010, David became one of the founding members of the Global Account Management team. His department is responsible for international advertisers, working across the Awin global network. David’s role is to shape policy around how Awin delivers strategy, management and guidance to these key multinational partners.

Jasper Mulder Global Publisher Director

Global Publisher Director

Having joined the UK office in 2009, Jasper has been managing both advertisers and publishers, locally and globally, before moving to Berlin to set up the Global Publisher Team in the group’s HQ. Currently as Global Publisher Director, Jasper leads the team in coordinating with local and central teams to both maximise publisher expansion opportunities across all markets and drive initiatives to leverage innovation from the industry.

Kevin Edwards Global Strategy Director

Global Strategy Director

Kevin has worked in affiliate marketing for 15 years and at Awin for more than ten of those. In his role he’s responsible for empowering the company’s employees and clients with the right data and insights to make the most informed decisions about their campaigns. He also takes an active role in creating best practice standards and self-regulation. Kevin was previously Chair of the Affiliate Marketing Council in the UK and continues to play an active role in the IAB’s Legislation and Standards’ Committee.

Lisa Chaikin Group Marketing Director

Lisa has worked in the affiliate industry since March 2009, currently as Group Marketing & Communications Director for Awin. Her remit covers overall responsibility for planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, communications and PR activities, both internal and external for the Group including tailored, local strategies for all global markets. Lisa has provided extensive online exposure for several brands on the network as well as being heavily involved in the launch and promotion of new technology products including cross-device tracking and the new internationalised user interface.

Vice President Product Development

Remi's passion for developing online products and technologies started at INSA Lyon, a top engineering school in France. After graduating with a master of engineering, he worked in management within the Atos group, delivering highly-used web and mobile services to blue-chip clients. Rémi then joined Awin in February 2011, and developed a number of successful products some of which have received award winning recognition within the industry. As the Group Product Director, he is now leading and transforming the product organisation to deliver more value and innovation to our customers across Awin.

Peter Jack Global Operations Director

Global Operations Director

Peter began his career in performance marketing in 2008 and has over 10 years’ experience in the industry across marketing, tech and operational roles. First joining Awin in 2010 as an account manager, Peter returned as Global Operations Director in summer 2019 after eight years working at Digital Ventures, where he oversaw Operations, Marketing, Tech and Product. In his current role, Peter is focused on leading alignment and delivering best practice across the centralised Global Sales, Integrations, and Technical Services teams. He will be providing leadership, vision and support to help establish and evolve best in class operations structures to keep up with rapidly changing business needs.

Director Corporate Development and Strategy

Felix Witte began his career at Axel Springer as a strategic investment management trainee. He possesses over 6 years of experience in strategic projects, M&A and corporate development in the industries e-commerce and online marketing. He first joined Awin in 2014, progressing from board advisor (Vorstandsreferent) to Director of Corporate Development and Strategy. Key projects were the development of the Awin group strategy and the implementation of group strategic initiatives, the merger between affilinet and Awin, the investment in Commission Factory, as well as the introduction of OKRs for the group. His focus is on growing the strength and the value of the Awin network through innovation projects and complementary acquisitions.

People & Culture Director

Cinzia brings over a decade of experience in HR business partnering, change management and People & Culture transformation from global organisations in the media, consulting, and industrial sectors. Having joined Awin in 2022 as People & Culture Director, her mission is developing a future-proof talent strategy and organizational capabilities, while also providing management and staff with best-in-class support ranging from employee experience and engagement to leadership development, from Talent & Learning to D&I, from people analytics to HR operations. She is passionate about bringing out the best in people and organizations by developing win-win solutions for the business and their most valuable assets: people and culture.
