Ian Charlesworth

Country Manager

Ian joined Awin early in 2017 to head up the UK business, and is responsible for all aspects of the business and its operations. Ian previously worked in the business information and consulting sector, where he was most recently the Managing Director of Ovum’s Technology research business.

Rosalyn Berrisford

Client Services Director

Rosalyn has worked in the affiliate industry for over 10 years, starting her career at, before joining Awin after it acquired the company in 2010. She became Head of Key Accounts, managing the department’s performance including revenue, service delivery, innovation and strategy implementation. Rosalyn rejoined Awin having spent three years as Head of Affiliate Planning with agency Omnicom Media.

Michelle O'Sullivan

Business Development Officer

Michelle has 15 years performance marketing experience which has given her a strong understanding of the sector as a whole. Since joining Awin in 2007, she has held various positions within Client Services, Strategy and Commercial, securing many new brand clients, reshaping and growing existing programmes as well the standalone Lead Generation proposition, and successfully reshaping the new business function. Her current remit is leading Business Development projects to help further accelerate the growth of Awin.

Tom Rickey

Sales and Marketing Director

With 10 years of digital marketing experience across a variety of disciplines, including SEO, lead generation, programmatic and affiliates, Tom is responsible for the UK Commercial and Marketing strategy. Tom was previously Global Marketing Director at Ve Interactive, and has held various commercial roles.

Dawn Quigg

Head of Key Account Management

Dawn has over seven years of experience in performance marketing having joined Awin in 2009. In her current role as Head of Key Account Management she is responsible for ensuring the company delivers best in market client service, industry insight and strategy to some of the biggest brands operating in the channel.

Paul Stewart

Head of Publisher Management

Paul has worked at Awin for five years, starting his career in the Key Accounts Department in 2012, where he oversaw the programmes of some of the largest brands in the UK, winning a number of Performance Marketing Awards with his clients for their campaigns. He moved in to his current role in October 2016 and is responsible for both the operational and strategic direction of the department, championing publisher interests and making affiliate marketing easier for all publishers, both new to industry and existing.

Emma Warren

Head of Account Management

Emma has seven years’ experience in performance marketing, having joined Awin back in 2011. In her current role as Head of Account Management, she is responsible for the service, optimisation and strategic growth of her clients.

Claire Mullan

Head of Marketing and PR

Claire has nine years of marketing experience across a range of disciplines, including consumer marketing functions. She is responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns for the UK market – including showcasing new technologies, partnering with Awin clients to promote the success of affiliate marketing and highlighting best practice in the market.

Nicola Humphrey

Head of Technical Services

Nicola joined the Technical Services department in 2011 after graduating from a BSc in Computing. She now heads up a team of 14, who provide technical consultation on the networks tracking, back end systems and UI.
