Ian Charlesworth

Regional Manager

Ian joined Awin early in 2017 to head up the UK business, and is now responsible for all aspects of the business and its operations across the UK, Benelux and Australia. Ian previously worked in the business information and consulting sector, where he was most recently the Managing Director of Ovum’s Technology research business.

Michelle O'Sullivan

Business Development Director

Michelle has 17 years performance marketing experience which has given her a strong understanding of the sector as a whole. Since joining Awin in 2007, she has held various positions within Client Services, Strategy and Commercial, securing many new brand clients, reshaping and growing existing programmes, driving Awin’s Lead Generation proposition and successfully reshaping the new business function. Her current remit within Business Development is focused on the Awin Access micro-SME proposition to nurture grass roots brands and help further accelerate the growth of Awin.

James Bentley

UK Strategy Director

James began his career in Digital Marketing in 2003. He possesses over 15 years of experience in client services, leadership and strategy across Affiliates, CRM, SEM, Social, DMP and Display. He first joined Awin in 2007, progressing from Account Manager to Account Director. In 2012, James joined an industry leading Marketing Cloud DSP as a senior client services manager. James returned to Awin in Spring 2019 as UK Strategy Director, where he is focused on driving continued growth through key strategic initiatives, innovation and international alignment.

Dawn Quigg

Client Services Director

Dawn has over nine years of experience in performance marketing having joined Awin in 2009. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring the company delivers best in market client service, industry insight and strategy to some of the biggest brands operating in the channel.

Lesley McGowan

Head of Account Development

Lesley has worked at Awin for over 6 years, initially joining Key Account Management back in 2012. She then moved within Client Services, most recently into her current role as Head of Account Development earlier this year. Within this role Lesley oversees the running of Awin UK’s SME function, providing strategic and operational direction to the department.

Vijal Dave

Head of Account Management

Vijal launched her digital marketing career 10 years ago at Awin working across a portfolio of UK clients. Having spent the past 8 years working across both client and agency businesses for UK and European brands, Vijal has re-joined the Awin team as Head of Account Management. In this role, Vijal is responsible for leading the operational and strategic direction of the department and ensuring clients are receiving excellent experience and strategic insight from their partnership with Awin.

Stephen Buxton

Head of Key Acount Management

Stephen started his digital career working publisher side in 2008. He joined the key accounts team at Awin in 2012. In his current role as the Head of Key Accounts, he oversees the department that provides the most bespoke level of service to UK clients. In his role, he is responsible for the operational management of the department, overseeing the delivery of the SLA for clients and providing strategic and industry guidance both internally and externally.

Alex Perry

Head of Publisher Services

Alex has been part of our award-winning publisher team for six years having joined back in 2012. He has dedicated his Awin career to supporting and developing publishers of all sizes across a number of different roles. As Head of Publisher Management, Alex aims to continue this theme with the aim of cultivating a more publisher-centric industry.

Mark Castro

Head of Finance

Mark joined Awin in the summer of 2018 to head up the London Finance team, covering both the UK and US with 15 team members. He comes with 14 years of finance experience, across multiple media companies driving talent development and process change.

Rosalyn Berrisford

Client Partnerships Director

Rosalyn has 15 years’ experience across Client Services, leadership, Display and Affiliates. Starting her career at as an Account Manager, she moved to Awin in 2010 as Head of Account Management. She went on to lead Affiliates at Omnicom, finally returning to Awin as Client Services Director in 2018. Her current role as Client Partnerships Director sees her lead a senior team focused on developing strategic relationships and forging Awin’s sector strategies.

Nicola Clare

Head of New Business and Lead Generation

Nicola has worked in performance marketing for over 12 years in a variety of different roles and has spent the last eight years at Awin. She has worked for large telecom clients in Affiliate and Digital Manager roles as well as in a global media agency heading up the affiliate team. This experience has helped her to understand the needs and challenges faced by the different customers of Awin. She started her career at Awin in Client Services as an Account Manager, working her way up to become the Head of the Key Accounts Department before making the move to lead the New Business team two years ago.
