Problem:  

Dyson Nordics, a self-service client, faced the challenge of reaching their internal goals and gaining market share in their e-commerce business. This challenge was crucial as it directly impacted Dyson's competitiveness in the market and their ability to achieve their business objectives. Without additional support and strategic partnerships, Dyson risked falling behind competitors and missing out on growth opportunities in the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape. 

Objectives: 

  1. Increase sales: Dyson Nordics aimed to significantly increase sales within their e-commerce business to meet their internal goals and gain market share.
