Purpose of Position

The purpose of the Team Leader – Account Management (Managed Services) role is to empower a team of talented account managers to deliver excellence in client servicing, campaign performance, and strategic growth. This position exists to provide hands-on leadership that unlocks the potential of each team member, ensuring that the team not only meets but exceeds expectations across client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and commercial KPIs.

This role is at the intersection of leadership, client success, and business impact. The Team Leader is responsible for translating the company’s vision into actionable plans, cultivating a high-performing culture where individuals thrive, and championing a mindset of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.

As a Team Leader, you will be a role model in how we partner with advertisers, balancing strategic thinking witseeh day-to-day execution. You’ll support your team in navigating complex challenges, identifying new opportunities for growth (both for clients and the business), and elevating the quality of every touchpoint with the brands we manage.

Key Tasks

  • Lead and coach the Account Management team, providing ongoing support, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
  • Define and track team KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client satisfaction goals.
  • Overseeing team client portfolio or oversight of client´s program in your remit and serve as escalation point for any client issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support strategic planning and execution for key client accounts, helping the team deliver growth-focused and value-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure operational excellence, identifying and resolving inefficiencies in workflows, reporting, and campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, and other departments to align strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Drive commercial performance, supporting upsell opportunities, renewals, and new service adoption within the existing portfolio.
  • Act as a strategic point of contact for high-value clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability across all projects.
  • Represent the company and team externally, speaking at industry events, participating in panels, or contributing to thought leadership to strengthen our brand and influence in the market.

Skills & Expertise

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus.
  • Confident in public speaking, participating in panels, webinars, or industry events.
  • Very good motivational
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in extracting insights and making decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Able to support the creation of revenue forecasts, performance projections, and strategic planning in collaboration with leadership and commercial teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tech, especially affiliate marketing and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Skilled in working cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, Product, and Ops teams.
  • Experience managing high-value or complex client portfolios.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in performance-driven environments.
  • Analytic and commercial approach.
  • Self- conception as a business driver and sale person.
  • Experience with process and time optimization.
