Purpose of the Role

As a Software Engineer – Flutter, you will be part of a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering a complete end-to-end mobile experience for publishers on our Affiliate Marketing platform. You’ll build, enhance, and maintain a mobile app that enables publishers to onboard easily, monitor performance, and take actions on the go.

In this role, you’ll develop and take ownership of core features, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to shaping the architecture, performance, and quality of the app. You will help ensure the mobile experience is intuitive, fast, and reliable, ultimately supporting the growth and success of our publisher ecosystem.

The Team

You’ll be joining a mobile product team focused on delivering a seamless mobile experience for publishers. This includes features such as onboarding, account insights, notifications, earnings tracking, and more. All built natively in Flutter to support both Android and iOS users.

You will work closely with mobile backend and infrastructure teams to design and deliver features end-to-end such as integrating with APIs, handling data flows, and ensuring performance and reliability across devices. Together, you'll create mobile experiences that are not only feature-rich but also resilient and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Flutter mobile applications that support the full publisher journey - from onboarding to daily engagement.
  • Translate product requirements and user feedback into high-quality mobile features and UI components.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define and deliver smooth, performant, and accessible mobile experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews and pair programming to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure app stability and reliability.
  • Help evolve the app architecture, state management, and CI/CD processes to scale with product needs.
  • Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and product-focused engineering culture.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile architecture patterns, and responsive design.
  • Strong focus on code quality, with practical experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit, widget, and integration tests as part of regular development.
  • Passion for building intuitive, maintainable mobile applications with attention to performance and user experience.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Firebase, mobile analytics, or crash reporting tools (e.g., Crashlytics, Datadog).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile development (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
