Purpose of Position

Want to grow your impact in a UX team that values research deeply?
We’re looking for a UX Researcher to support the delivery of research that drives better product decisions. You'll run studies, dig into user problems, and help shape the product experience with insight-led thinking. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone ready to take ownership of research activities and work closely with other disciplines.Our team is a bunch of lovely, smart and dedicated humans. What you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting and conducting user research across different product areas
  • Designing studies and selecting appropriate methods
  • Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to surface key themes
  • Creating and delivering research reports and presentations to stakeholders
  • Sharing insights through clear documentation and storytelling
  • Collaborating with Designers and Product Managers to integrate findings
  • Contributing to our research ops, tooling, and repository
  • Continuously learning and developing your research skills
  • Contributing to the development of our research repository and best practices

 

About you

  • 2-3 years experience in UX research, insight, or related roles
  • Strong user‑centred mindset, demonstrating empathy, user focus, and a commitment to meeting user needs.
  • Experience with a range of research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys)
  • Able to run research projects end to end from discovery through to analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised and a curious mindset
  • Strong understanding of UX processes and lifecycle
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with ability to work independently and drive projects forward
  • Able to communicate findings in a simple and impactful way
  • Enthusiastic about championing the user and growing your practice
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptability and openness to change
