Purpose of Position

The Sales Operations Manager  is a broad and hands-on role that combines sales operations, finance coordination, office management, HR support, and local business operations acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, agencies, finance departments, and external suppliers.

Key Tasks

  • Supporting billing procedures,  invoice-related requests , credit collection activities, advertiser account balance monitoring, commission reversals, accelerated payments coordination, and network fee controls. Proactive communication with customers with payment overdue.
  • Supports local operational management, including OPEX (monitoring of supplier costs) and accrual control together with the Client Services Director, travel and expense support.
  • Office Management: supplier management, CAPEX-related office tasks,  ensuring proper functioning of the office in all aspects, IT coordination for the Spanish office.
  • Contributing to employee experience and local engagement by supporting HR processes, local benefits, volunteering and CSR initiatives, team-building activities.
  • Supporting marketing/event logistics such as client meetings, expertise meetups, merchandising, and internal staff events.  
  • Contribute to the sustainability strategy of the company.

Skills & Expertise 

  • At least 2 years ideally on a finance or facility/office management department, valuable on a fast-paced company. 
  • Highly organised, accuracy, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple business areas in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Drive for operational excellence.
  • Hands on attitude and service attitude. 
  • Spanish (Native) and English (B2 or C1).
