Purpose of Position
Do you want to leverage your marketing expertise to elevate Awin’s brand presence across Latin America? We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support brand awareness, consideration, and customer growth for Awin in Brazil and Mexico.
In this critical role, you’ll focus on building Awin’s brand presence and driving qualified leads through integrated earned and paid media strategies, local PR efforts, events, social media and content marketing. You’ll collaborate with regional and global teams to execute initiatives that align with local business priorities while contributing to global campaigns. Whether developing email and advertising strategies or managing PR and editorial placements in LATAM, your work will shape how Awin is positioned as a leading affiliate marketing platform in the region.
This role is perfect for you if you’re a content-driven marketer with experience across PR, brand, events and communications, or a regional generalist who thrives on building awareness and pipeline across diverse markets You’ll. report into the Marketing Lead Americas, and work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Client Services, and the Global Marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing activities
Key Tasks
- Develop and execute regional earned and paid media strategies for Brazil and Mexico, ensuring alignment with Awin’s business objectives and growth goals.
- Manage the relationship with our LATAM PR agency and identify speaking and editorial opportunities that support Awin’s positioning and business development efforts.
- Oversee and execute regional event strategies (including sponsorships and Awin-hosted events) in partnership with the Global Event Lead.
- Plan, write, edit and translate content that increases awareness of Awin’s offering and supports sales enablement.
- Manage Awin’s LATAM social media presence in collaboration with the Global Social Media and Community Manager to drive engagement and campaign success.
- Support the execution of global campaigns and marketing initiatives within the LATAM region.
- Partner with the paid advertising, SEO, SEA, and CRM teams to deliver regional activity across paid media, email and search.
- Track and report on campaign and content performance, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize activity.
- Coordinate regional award entry strategy and process with the Operations team.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing to monitor website engagement, traffic and lead generation, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with New Business and Client Success teams to support upsell, retention and lead generation efforts through localized marketing activities.
Skills & Expertise
- 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across channels including PR, social media, content, events and advertising
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Industry knowledge in affiliate or performance marketing is a plus
- Someone who is dedicated, reliable and takes initiative.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, set timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing techniques.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling marketing messages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
