Compliance
We are committed to responsible corporate management
To ensure compliance with laws, voluntary self-commitments and corporate policies, Awin has introduced a group-wide Compliance Management System. This includes our efforts toward Partner and Corporate Compliance.

At Awin we operate in a culture of respect and trust.
We not only have a special responsibility for our actions as employees and managers, but we apply high standards to our own actions and expect others to maintain these ethical standards too.
We are committed to responsible corporate governance which is fundamentally based on integrity and lawful conduct. For us, this also includes a commitment to an environmentally friendly, liveable and free future for current and future generations.
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
We take our role and responsibility in the protection of fundamental human rights seriously and we are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chains. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings. We’ve put effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.
Gender Pay Statement
We know and recognise the importance of equality to our business and to our employees and are committed to ensuring that all elements of our business achieve this. Under the government legislation, Awin is required to publish details to show the findings of our gender pay gap and we have analysed the pay differences between our male and female employees.
Tax Strategy
Our tax strategies satisfy Schedule 19 of the UK Finance Act 2016 and aim to uphold our commitment to openness and transparency across all our dealings.
