As the world around us and ways of working have changed, Awin has moved its HQ and DACH office into a new premises that will match the flexibility, openness and creativity underpinning Awin’s approach to work.

The team marked the occasion with an opening party; using the opportunity to bring colleagues together, make the most of the new roof terrace and celebrate our new home.

DSTRCT.Berlin is one of the city’s newest office and commercial hubs, promising an unrivalled, contemporary office experience that complements Awin’s people-centric vision for the future. Situated within the area’s historical stockyard halls, our new office is made up of both open and shared working spaces to inspire our teams and ignite collaboration, as well as smaller, quieter spots for solo work. The space has also been fitted with plenty of modern meeting areas where we hope to meet and greet partners.

Designed by HB Reavis, DSTRCT.Berlin also includes a roof terrace with stunning panoramic views of the city, courtyards and outside areas to enjoy the sunshine, a cycle-in bike garage and extensive food and drink options to entertain our clients – and ourselves.

Balancing old architecture with a modern focus on style and sustainability, several environmentally-friendly facilities will help the Awin team to boost their own eco-efforts, such as e-bike and e-car charging points, and CO2 sensors. The site is also WIRED Score, WELL, DGNB certified, meaning the space has been built with the wellbeing, sustainability and digital connectivity of staff in mind.

Adam Ross, CEO of Awin says:

“This is another important milestone for Awin because even as we embrace the infinite possibilities and flexibility of remote work, having a place we can call home where people come together to collaborate, create and have fun is an essential part of our culture – and this new space truly reflects this next chapter.”
