Partnership Development Consultant (f/m/d)

Purpose of position

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated self-starter to join the Awin Poland team. The Team is responsible for developing and selling new business as well as creating an excellent client service experience. The main focus of the team is to act as a consulting service for our own client services teams and develop business opportunities within the region. You will have a strong focus on project work on an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental level. Key Tasks

  • Drive and develop business through acquisition and the development of new small, medium or large publishers for the Awin network in collaboration with the Client Services Team
  • Develop and manage small-or medium-scaled projects including maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and other project relevant documents
  • Identify & execute business development opportunities on Polish market, as well as other Easter European markets, like Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary & Romania
  • Build trust and credibility with your prospects by taking the time to understand their needs and provide thoughtful solutions by following a consultative selling approach
  • Build strong external customer understanding and meet customer needs through collaborative work with your colleagues
  • Support the implementation of policies and processes, as well as best practices, create case studies in collaboration with the Marketing department, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions to capture and share knowledge on project outcomes and innovative practices

As a hard-working member of the team, it is anticipated that you will in time use the skills developed in this role to form a solid basis for upward progression within the company.

Skills & Expertise

  • Experience in a sales or business development environment
  • Experience managing projects would be an advantage
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Work experience in online marketing / affiliate marketing is an advantage
  • Talent for sales and communication with a customer-centric mindset
  • Flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of actionable recommendations) 
  • Focused on detail and quality, while maintaining a positive and pragmatic approach
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish language, very good written and spoken English skills
  • You will be expected to have good understanding of what affiliate marketing is and what we do in the industry for any role within Awin.
