Awin secures a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognised as one of the top 50 UK companies for workplace and culture

With a ranking of 4.5, Awin has placed in the UK Top 50 Best Places to Work for the third year in a row.

The Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards celebrate workplaces across the US, Canada, UK, France and Germany. Now in its 9th edition in the UK, Glassdoor selects winners from companies with 1,000 or more employees; rankings are based entirely on company feedback from employees that are voluntarily and anonymously shared on the Glassdoor website over the past year (from 19th October 2021 to 17th October 2022).

Awin is delighted to have placed #1 in the Advertising and Public Relations category, and is rated highest for work-life balance, diversity and inclusion, and culture and values.

Awin has long been a champion of employee wellbeing, with the UK pioneering several initiatives since 2015 that have since been established globally, such as flexible working and mental health coaching. Following the continued success of Awin’s Flexi-Week workplace model initiated in January 2021, the overwhelming positive responses contributed by staff on Glassdoor is testament to Awin’s employee-centric, inclusive culture amidst ongoing macro and economic uncertainty.

Kelly Perry, Head of People & Culture Business Partner at Awin:

“We are thrilled to have placed in Glassdoor’s UK Top 50 Best Places to Work for 2023, our people-centric approach has been integral to how Awin has expanded, innovated and attracted bright, new talent into the industry. Obtaining positive recognition from our employees is hugely rewarding, and confirms that we are on the right path to continue delivering an inclusive, open and flexible work environment for our staff to progress and excel.”

Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor Chief Executive Officer:

“The past year brought extreme highs and lows for job seekers and employees, but despite an increasingly uncertain job market, Glassdoor data shows there are still companies hyper-focused on creating outstanding employee experiences. It's encouraging to see companies doubling down on employee mental health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, competitive benefits and flexible work environments as we head into 2023. I sincerely congratulate all of the Best Places to Work winners.”
