Awin Makes The Sunday Times’ List of Best Places to Work for 2026

Written by Richard Towey on

Awin has been recognised as one of the UK's best places to work for the fourth consecutive year.

We're incredibly proud to share that Awin has once again secured a spot on The Sunday Times' prestigious list of the UK's Best Places to Work.

Collated by The Sunday Times publication and business employee engagement platform WorkL, the 2026 list overviews the UK's top employers across seven sectors: Business & Management, Hospitality, Technology, Marketing & Advertising, and Non-profit and Charities.

How did we do it?

Using responses from current employees, entrants are scored on a range of factors, including empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction, as well as their inclusiveness of the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, and younger and older workers.

Making the list for the fourth consecutive year is a milestone we're incredibly proud of.

What makes this year even more special is being highly commended for Best Place to Work for Women 2026, a recognition that reflects our ongoing commitment to building a workplace where everyone can thrive.

What do our scores say about life at Awin?

Awin’s 2026 results paint a picture of a genuinely engaged workforce.

We achieved an overall engagement score of 86% (rated “Excellent”) with all six of WorkL's workplace engagement categories scoring in the top band.

Empowerment led the way at 88%, closely followed by wellbeing and job satisfaction, both at 87%.

Our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 61 tells its own story. The vast majority of staff (88%) said they would recommend Awin to friends and family as a place to work.

That kind of endorsement, from the people who know us best, means more to us than any external accolade.

A safe environment to work

We're equally proud of what the data shows about the safety and stability we've built.

Just 7% of employees are considered a flight risk, compared to 41% in our Marketing & Advertising peer group and 40% globally.

Our Diversity & Inclusion score also rated Excellent, with the gap between majority and minority group experiences sitting at just one percentage point, well within the benchmark range and a sign of our inclusive culture.

We owe this to our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, flexibility, and inclusivity. From our Flexi-Week programme and mental health coaching to financial wellness support, employee resource groups, and experiences like our popular rural retreats, we’ve created an environment where employees can thrive.

Awin CEO Adam Ross comments:

“Four consecutive years on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list is something we don’t take for granted, but the highly commended recognition as a Best Place to Work for Women is what stands out this year. It tells us the culture our people have built together is being felt, not just described. Recognition like this isn’t a finish line. The expectations of our people, our customers and our industry keep moving, and our culture has to keep moving with them. What stays constant is the ambition: an Awin where talented people from every background can do the best work of their careers, and want to keep doing it here.”
