Newly created role unites Sales and Marketing under one global growth organization as Awin advances its strategy to 2030.

London, 13 October 2026: Awin has appointed Yasmina Siadatan as Senior Vice President Growth, bringing together its global Sales and Marketing functions under a single leadership structure.
The appointment marks a significant step in Awin's growth strategy as the business accelerates international expansion, further strengthens its position beyond Europe, especially in the US and Latin America, and advances its ambition to unlock greater commercial value across the entire customer journey.
In this newly created role, Siadatan will lead Awin's integrated growth organization, connecting brand strategy, market positioning, demand generation and commercial execution to accelerate customer acquisition and expand Awin's global market presence.
Siadatan brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience across SaaS, fintech, digital media and high-growth technology businesses. Most recently, she served as Chief Revenue Officer and board member at Dynamic Planner, leading an integrated Sales, Marketing and Customer Success organization.
Her appointment comes as Awin evolves its proposition beyond traditional affiliate marketing, building on its technology, partnerships and measurement capabilities that enable brands to recognize and reward the full value of influence across discovery, consideration, and conversion.
Adam Ross, CEO of Awin, said: "Affiliate marketing has a much bigger role to play in the future of commerce, and Awin is investing in the technology, talent and capabilities to lead that opportunity. We're already expanding the commercial value of partnerships, helping brands recognize and reward the influence of publishers, creators and partners across the customer journey.”
He continues: "Yasmina brings exceptional commercial experience, international perspective and a proven track record of scaling businesses. Her leadership will help accelerate the momentum we've built, strengthen our global market position and take Awin into its next phase of growth."
Yasmina Siadatan, SVP Growth at Awin, said: "Awin has built a strong global business with a clear direction for its next phase of growth. As the way consumers discover and buy continues to evolve, there's significant opportunity to expand the role of partnerships in how brands reach customers and drive commercial results.
"My focus will be on building on that momentum, accelerating international growth and making Awin's proposition even more compelling for brands, publishers and creators navigating an increasingly complex marketing landscape."
Siadatan joins Awin's senior leadership team, reporting to CCO David Lloyd, as the company continues to strengthen its global operating model and accelerate its long-term growth ambitions.
