Product Manager (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

Our Product Team is looking for a passionate and dedicated colleague to join them and build world-class products to move the performance marketing industry forward. In this role, you will work closely with designers and developers to tackle opportunities with the goal of significantly enhancing the influencer customer experience on Awin. 

As a Product Manager, you will take on technical and business challenges and find innovative feature solutions to help our publishers and advertisers make the most of their performance marketing activities. You’ll be working closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, product managers and designers to develop high quality products from concept to adoption.

Key Tasks

In this role you will:

  • accelerate the onboarding experience for defined publisher segments. A faster onboarding experience leads to better conversion.  
  • serve as the Product Manager for internal and external engineers, leading them to develop high-quality product outcomes.  
  • work with Designers and the UX team to create easy, pleasant to use functionalities and great UIs.  
  • identify new product ideas within the Onboarding space that support our OKRs and deliver significant business value.  
  • build product backlogs and ensure they are up to date, prioritised and full of quality user stories ready for development. 
  • identify the important metrics and ensure measurements are in place to understand how our users interact with the product.

Skills & Expertise 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management. 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. 
  • In-depth understanding of the product lifecycle. 
  • Product Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives. 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research. 
  • Agile/Scrum: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. 
  • User Story Writing: Craft clear and comprehensive user stories for development teams. 
  • Decision-Making: Make informed decisions based on data and market insights. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Think strategically and align product strategy with overall business goals. 
  • Negotiation: Negotiate effectively with stakeholders and team members. 
  • Problem-Solving: Address complex problems and find creative solutions.
