    Terms & Conditions for Publishers

Governing how we work with our clients, including payments, responsibilities and code of conduct. All clients active on the network must be familiar with and adhere to the terms and conditions at all times.

    Code of Conduct

The Awin Code of Conduct provides additional rules and guidelines to help publishers deliver high quality performance for advertisers on the Awin network.  It applies to all publishers in the Awin network that deliver web traffic and consumers to advertisers.

    Cashback Best Practices

Cashback publishers are an essential component of the majority of affiliate marketing programmes and their continued success is important to the wider industry.  Awin has produced the Cashback Best Practices Guide to preserve advertiser confidence in the model.

    Sub-Network Best Practices

The continued success of sub-networks across the partner marketing industry illustrates their importance to the growth of affiliate marketing programmes. To preserve and build upon our confidence in the sub-network model, Awin has produced the following Sub-Network Best Practices and encourages all sub-networks to adhere to them.
