Product Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

Our product operations team is looking for a passionate colleague to join them. Product ops aids our cross-functional product team to effectively build products and features that our customers love. This role is focused on insights, equipping the team with actionable insights to drive product enhancements and new product ideas. If you're excited about driving change, enjoy working with different culture and meeting people from around the world, this position is a great opportunity for you. Join our team in our Product Hubs in Berlin, London or Amsterdam, or work from another country where Awin has an office you can choose: Munich, Milan, Paris, Madrid or Warsaw.

Key Tasks

In this role you will:

  • Work with an international team of 40+ product, design and user experience experts at improving Awin products and features
  • Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from various sources, including customer feedback, product analytics, market trends, and sales data. 
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements and new product ideas. 
  • Drive a team culture of being customer-centric and outcome-driven through frameworks and coaching.

Skills & Expertise 

  • 3+ years of experience in (product) operations or business intelligence 
  • Data Analytics: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Strong proficiency in data and product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, PowerBI or similar platforms. 
  • Change Management: Proficiency in designing and implementing strategies to facilitate change initiatives. 
  • Project Management: Manages a portfolio of projects simultaneously and ensures overall success. 
  • Product Management: Basic understanding of product management concepts. 
  • Active Listening: Ability to actively listen, empathise, and respond effectively to (customer) inquiries, feedback, and requests. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different departments and teams. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders including senior level. 
  • Leadership: Possess strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
