Senior Technical Solutions Engineer
Thomas can look back on 18 years of affiliate experience. At Awin, he has been involved with third-level support, third-party tracking integrations and customised tracking since 2012. As a self-proclaimed mixture of MacGyver and Sherlock, he has already implemented the most complex requirements without any problems.

Thomas Gehlhaar
Head of Partnership Management Key Account Development
For over four years, Thomas looked after top retail clients and successfully helped expand the retail industry before taking on the new role of Team Leader for the telecommunications, services and finance sectors in Berlin at the end of 2016. Thomas, originally from Halle, is now Head of Key Account Development. Together with his team in Berlin and Munich he devotes himself to their potential customers, who hail from a wide range of industries, in order to develop them in the best possible way.

Florian Geldner
Senior Product Manager
Florian has been working in the product team at Awin since 2015. At first, his focus was on automation and APIs, but for the last 3 years he has been concentrating on reporting.

Franzisca Hertwig
Head of Partnership Development
Franzisca joined the Awin family in summer 2020 and heads the Partnership Development Hub, the central unit for strategic projects in the DACH region. Previously, she was the Team Leader of the Key Account Management Team in Munich, responsible for the advertisers with the highest revenues. She can look back on more than 10 years of experience at media companies such as Condé Nast Digital and WEKA Media Publishing, where she most recently headed the digital businesses of the connect and PC Magazin brands as Director Digital Media.

Asad Khabibullin
Senior Legal Counsel
Asad has been working at Awin's legal team since January 2022. With his extensive experience in contract law and data protection, Asad is adept at navigating the complex legal landscape surrounding the affiliate marketing industry.

Alexander Kube
Director Client Services & Business Development
Alexander has been with AWIN AG since July 2014. As Director Client Services & Business Development he is responsible for the strategic orientation and further development of clients at the Munich, Berlin and Zurich locations. Prior to that, the Munich native worked for 4 years at the full-performance agency iCrossing, where he led the affiliate team for the last two years.

Vanessa Kury
Director Transformation and Strategy
Vanessa is responsible for the strategic market orientation of Awin DACH. In this role, she combines Awin's vision as a leading global affiliate network with local market requirements. In doing so, she manages cross-thematic and cross-country strategic projects as well as global coordination with other Awin regions. Before joining Awin, she worked for more than 10 years in (media) agencies as a strategic consultant.

Tim Lomborg
Regional Managing Director
After starting at Awin in Berlin in 2010, Tim Lomborg, a Cologne native with Danish roots, quickly developed into Managing Director Nordics. This was followed by the management of the Eastern European business in 2019. In this role, he established the Awin brand as one of the leading affiliate networks and achieved double-digit growth by expanding long-term partnerships between advertisers and publishers. Since February 2020, he has also been responsible for the 115-strong DACH team.

Juliane Metag
Senior Agency Partnership Manager
Juliane started her career at affilinet in 2010 as a Tracking Security Specialist and proactively monitored the tracking quality of advertisers. She later moved to the Top Agency Team, where she has been the contact person for all topics related to tracking and the technical setup in general for several years now.

Lee Metters
Client Partner
Lee has worked in digital marketing for over 10 years, with firsthand strategic experience with some of the UK's leading ecommerce brands. As Client Partner for Brand Partnerships, Lee is now focused on educating and inspiring a new age of partner marketing as Awin look to develop a marketing leading partnership network that facilitates and tracks brand-to-brand partner collaborations.

Gareth Powell
Global Head of Customer Success
Gareth has been working in the affiliate industry for over 10 years, predominantly both advertiser and agency side. Having joined Awin through our acquisition of attribution platform, Singleview, Gareth has been responsible for the global roll-out of SingleView and the evolution of our attribution product.

Nancy Rekow
Key Account Partnership Manager
Nancy has been in the affiliate world for over 12 years. After positions at agencies as well as on the advertiser side, she has been working at Awin in the Key Account Partnership Management Team since 2019. Since then, the Berlin native has successfully applied her many years of experience to working with Awin's biggest travel advertisers.

Matthias Scheffer
Senior Business Development Manager
In addition to various positions in consulting and start-ups in different industries, Matthias worked for several years at WEKA MEDIA PUBLISHING, a special interest publisher from Munich. Here he was able to gain editorial as well as sales and marketing experience with the roles of Editor-in-Chief of Video Magazine and Business Development Director. He has been passing on his experience to students as a lecturer at HMKW Berlin since April 2020. Since June 2022, he has been Senior Business Development Manager at Awin, where he contributes his experience from the telecommunications industry.
