(Junior) Global Integrations Support Consultant

Purpose of Position

Our Global Account Management team are looking for a team member to support technical integrations for Awin clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated individual to play an integral role in the fast paced and rewarding environment of account management. The Integrations team, a function within Global Account Management, are responsible for ensuring a swift transition between retailers signing a contract, assisting, and supporting throughout their Integration process and going live on the Awin network. This role will also include managing a portfolio of clients on our essentials service level. This will involve being the first point of contact for assigned accounts, working alongside the Awin account management team to implement successful affiliate campaigns and support on strategies to aid client growth and optimisation. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of advertisers experience in affiliate marketing and gain hands on experience within the industry. 

Key Tasks

  • Engage new retailers as soon as they have signed a contract 
  • Involved in client introductory specification calls 
  • Communicating regularly with clients regarding both technical and marketing aspects of the launch process.
  • Update internal systems including Salesforce to provide insights into the status of each integration 
  • Work with the Global Account Management team to distribute new accounts across the department 
  • Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and projects and be able to prioritise these effectively 
  • Work within a team to support with client queries and advice 
  • Take a proactive approach in solving issues with assigned clients, escalating issues to the appropriate team level when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, publishers, vendors and internal teams via email, phone and face-to-face.
  • Monitor affiliate program performance including key KPIs to ensure network compliance and program health.
  • Attend in person client meetings when requested at both Awin and client offices
  • Familiarise yourself with industry trends and Awin products to inform program management, while keeping clients informed of relevant information
  • Support with the recommendation and implementation of affiliate strategies that are designed to produce a successful affiliate program, in line the client’s objectives and goals.
  • Support clients with recruitment efforts, recommending new as well as existing partner opportunities and provide publisher outreach & introductions, as needed.
  • Work independently to produce all necessary account management documentation and deliver regular reports on assigned programs.

Skills & Expertise

  • Previous administrative level experience, preferably within a customer facing online environment 
  • Experience across MS Office, particularly with Excel and Outlook 
  • Be approachable with a strong 'can do' attitude and an appetite to learn 
  • Be highly self-motivated with ability to quickly acquire new skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Be highly organised and able to manage your time and multiple tasks successfully
  • Be able to work independently and accountable for own workload
