Purpose of Position
The Partner Success team is responsible for driving publisher activation and ensuring ongoing satisfaction across the Awin network. As a Content Assistant within the Partner Engagement team, your work will directly support our mission to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
This role focuses on enhancing the publisher journey by helping to create, maintain, and optimise content that empowers partners to succeed with Awin. You will provide creative, administrative, and operational support to senior members of the Content Engagement function, contributing across various content channels.
Your efforts will help ensure that our partners have access to the right knowledge and resources to onboard efficiently, resolve issues independently, and grow their performance within the Awin ecosystem.
Key Tasks
- Assist in creating content for Awin’s Knowledge Base, email communications, instructional videos, and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Marketing) to gather input and ensure content accuracy.
- Perform content audits to keep articles up-to-date and identify outdated information or underperforming articles.
- Support the localization of content for international audiences.
- Manage the content calendar, including scheduling and day-to-day content publishing tasks.
- Support monthly or quarterly content reporting by collecting basic metrics or summaries.
Skills & Expertise
- You possess native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Proficiency in additional European languages is an asset.
- You demonstrate a high level of accuracy and consistency in your work, with an eye for design aesthetics and visual clarity. Experience in graphic or visual design is considered a plus.
- You are confident using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and can quickly adapt to new tools. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is an advantage.
- You take initiative and actively seek opportunities to contribute. You’re comfortable asking questions, collaborating with more senior team members, and stepping in where support is needed.
- You can work independently, managing your time effectively, and thrive in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and cross-functional collaboration.
