  • Act as a key advisor to the leadership team during critical communications moments, ensuring swift, strategic, and coordinated responses.
  • Continuously assess brand and reputation risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

  • Drive Awin’s internal communications strategy to inform, inspire, and connect employees across regions and departments.
  • Develop clear frameworks and channels for internal storytelling, leadership visibility, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to embed Awin’s values and culture through consistent, authentic communication.
  • Oversee the internal comms calendar and governance to ensure messages are well-timed, purposeful, and aligned globally.

  • Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to ensure communications reflect and reinforce Awin’s brand identity.
  • Support brand campaigns and activations with clear, aligned messaging and communication rollouts.
  • Champion Awin’s tone of voice and narrative consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on brand and communications effectiveness, providing insights to optimise strategies and inform leadership.
