Our DEI Committee
Awin and ShareASale's DEI Strategy is supported by the DEI Committee. Employees across the business that are interested in DEI topics are able to volunteer to dedicate a portion of their working hours to contributing to projects that further diversity, equity and inclusion at the Awin Group. This global committee has been behind many initiatives, awareness events and policies that have embedded DEI into our culture.
Our LGBTQIA+ ERG
Priders is our global employee resource group. This employee led community provides social events, safe spaces and empowerment to Awinners who are LGBTQIA+ alongside vocal and active allies. Priders works to help further awareness, education and policies relating to sexual orientations, romantic attractions and gender identities across the Awin Group globally.
