Enterprise Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

This position offers you the opportunity to play an important role in the growth of Awin in North America. Working within the Enterprise Division of our New Business Team, your core focus will be building meaningful relationships with Fortune 500 companies (having significant ecommerce presence and budgets across Retail and Travel verticals), while working complex sales cycles to successfully onboard them as new Awin clients.

Key Tasks 

  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of Digital Commerce 360's Top 500 online businesses through your own prospecting and outbound efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed targets set for new Enterprise customers
  • Owning and fulfilling all aspects of the Enterprise sales cycle (including prospecting, discovery, demos/proposals, RFIs/RFPs, pitches, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Collaborating with Client Services and Product departments to successfully sell in complex and custom service and platform offerings
  • Attending major industry tradeshows as a representation of Awin while generating a healthy pipeline of meetings and conference leads.
  • Identify new opportunity for lead generation and lead growth. 

Skills & Expertise

  • 6+ years sales and/or business development experience within the digital marketing industry (enterprise focus is a plus).
  • Evidence of consistent achievement (and over achievement) of sales targets in excess of $1M+ in past roles
  • Proven consultative sales approach and experience reducing lengthy sales cycles
  • Experienced with marketing technology and platform demonstrations
  • Familiarity with pricing proposals for Enterprise businesses based on volume, APR, and other key metrics. 
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal 
  • Talented public speaking skills at presentations in person and via online meetings
  • Self-starter who can pick up the role quickly while driving impactful results
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • An analytical mind capable of understanding deep pain and providing solutions to solve problems
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI), Salesforce
  • Active connections within the Digital Commerce 360 Top 500 (a plus)
  • Previous experience selling MarTech, Affiliate Marketing or Influencer Marketing solutions (a plus)
