Reach out to your advertisers and see how you can support their campaigns, shopping festivals and new product releases in advance.   • Recognise Your Retailers: Reconnect with your key advertisers and reach out to emerging brands with icebreakers or a media pack mail out. Utilise this time to refine your image and get noticed for all of your hard work and efforts! How do you expand and retain a loyal customer network? What do your audience want or need from your advertisers? What offer metrics work best for you? How can you support your retailers, what will they gain from investing with you? Think objectively, and create conversations with your brands.


  • Set Resolutions: Think of your top five initiatives for the year and break them down into small, realistic chunks with practical deadlines. Are you looking to roll out new technology? Remember, new content trends are moving beyond text and into audio, image and video technologies. Is your site compatible with mobile, tablet and smartphone activity?
